If the total entry fees of your selected sites are lower than what you paid for the pass, we’ll refund the difference within 10 business days of your request. The Istanbul Explorer Pass remains valid for activation for up to one year from the date of purchase. If your plans change and you don’t use the pass, you can cancel it without any fees.
