イスタンブール エクスプローラー パスは、市内の対象アトラクションにおける個別の入場料の代わりに、予算にやさしい選択肢を提供します。旅行の計画は変わり得ます――疲れ、開館時間の見落とし、到着の遅れ、あるいは想定していたより少ないアトラクションを訪れるなど。こうした柔軟なパスなら、使った分だけ支払えばよく、イスタンブールを自分のペースで楽しめる、ストレスの少ない費用効率の高い方法になります。

イスタンブール・エクスプローラー・パスは、ご購入日から最大1年間、アクティベーション（有効化）できます。予定が変更になりパスを使用しない場合、手数料なしでキャンセルできます。未使用のパスは、ご購入から1年以内であれば全額返金の対象となります。なお、予約済みのアトラクションは、使用済みとして記録されないよう、予定された訪問の少なくとも24時間前までにキャンセルしてください。

イスタンブール エクスプローラー パスなら、当社のアトラクションページに掲載されている行きたいアトラクションだけを利用する分だけお支払いします。選択した施設の入場料の合計が、パス代よりも低い場合は、リクエストから10営業日以内に差額を返金します。なお、予約済みのアトラクションは、使用済みとしてカウントされないように、少なくとも24時間前までにキャンセルしてください。

If the total entry fees of your selected sites are lower than what you paid for the pass, we’ll refund the difference within 10 business days of your request. The Istanbul Explorer Pass remains valid for activation for up to one year from the date of purchase. If your plans change and you don’t use the pass, you can cancel it without any fees. Unused passes are eligible for a full refund within one year of purchase.
