伊斯坦布尔探索者通票可在购买之日起最多一年内激活使用。如果您的计划发生变化且不使用通票，您可以在不产生任何费用的情况下取消。未使用的通票可在购买之日起一年内申请全额退款。请注意，任何已预约的景点都必须至少在原定参观时间前24小时取消，以免被标记为已使用。

If the total entry fees of your selected sites are lower than what you paid for the pass, we’ll refund the difference within 10 business days of your request. Please note that reserved attractions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being counted as used.

The Istanbul Explorer Pass remains valid for activation for up to one year from the date of purchase. If your plans change and you don’t use the pass, you can cancel it without any fees.
